- In Govt. colleges of Uttrakhand, 15% of the MBBS seats are allotted under the All India Quota (AIQ) through MCC Counseling and 85% through the state quota counselling conducted by Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU), Dehradun.
- In Private Colleges of Uttrakhand, 100% of the MBBS seats are allotted through the Uttrakhand State Quota counselling.
